We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Canada.

2. Global Fulfillment Disclosure

To ensure we offer a curated selection of high-quality products at competitive prices, Vantigo Shop utilizes a global logistics network. Your order is dispatched directly from our international distribution centers. This direct-to-consumer model allows us to provide unique items while maintaining high quality and affordability.

3. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

  • Order Cut-off Time: 8:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time).
  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Note: Orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday, or during weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

4. Transit & Delivery Estimates

The total time to receive your order is a combination of our handling time and the carrier's transit time:

  • Estimated Transit Time: 7–10 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 8–13 business days.

Disclaimer: Delivery times are estimates. While most orders arrive within this window, delays may occur due to seasonal demand, extreme weather, or courier disruptions beyond our control.

5. Taxes & Duties (DDP)

We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all Canadian orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price. We manage all customs clearance and prepay applicable import duties and taxes (GST/HST). You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

6. Tracking & Address Accuracy

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package.
  • Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information. Vantigo Shop is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
