1. How can I contact Vantigo Shop?

You can reach our customer support team exclusively via email at info@vantigo-shop.com. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday. To maintain efficient service, we do not currently offer phone support.

2. Do you ship worldwide?

No, we currently focus our services exclusively on customers located within Canada. This allows us to ensure a reliable and specialized shopping experience for the Canadian market.

3. Where are the products shipped from?

To provide a wide selection of high-quality products at competitive prices, Vantigo Shop utilizes a global logistics network. Your order will be dispatched from one of our international fulfillment centers depending on stock availability. All brand management and administrative operations are based in Ottawa, Canada.

4. How long does delivery take?

The total delivery time is split into two phases:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: 7–10 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 8–13 business days.

5. Are there any hidden customs fees or taxes?

No. We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The price you see at checkout is the final price. We handle all customs clearance and prepay applicable import duties and taxes (GST/HST). You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

6. Can I modify or cancel my order?

To ensure fast processing, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the fulfillment process has started, we are unable to modify the order, and the standard return policy will apply.

7. How can I return an item?

To initiate a return, please email us at info@vantigo-shop.com.
Important: Please do not send returns to our Ottawa administrative office. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the address of our dedicated inspection facility and full return instructions.

8. Which payment methods do you accept?
