1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be:
- In its original packaging, including all accessories.
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
2. Return Procedure

Please Note: Our administrative office in Ottawa is not a return facility. Once approved, we will provide you with the address of our dedicated logistics inspection center.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Vantigo Shop covers the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: For standard returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
4. Refunds
Once your return is inspected at our facility, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the transaction is complete.
5. Cancellations & Modifications
Due to our automated processing, cancellation or address change requests must be made within 12 hours of ordering or before the daily cut-off time of 08:00 PM (EST).
